Sites where
the school will be

already been
established that
Toril, Mintal, and
Calinan are good
sites for the
establishment of a
private elementary
school, BIS for this
study. There are
good options along
Toril, Mintal, and
Calinan (Figure 6).
It could be noted
that most of the
subdivisions are
highly established
along these areas.
The prices are not
yet as exorbitant
compared to that of
Bangkal area,
where Ateneo de
Davao Senior High
School is about to
open their doors for
Senior High School
students.
