3.6.1 Replacement of old municipal diesel vehicles with new efficient vehicles<br />
Municipal fleet consists of 107 vehicles of which 20 pick-ups and 10 garbage vehicles are<br />
considered old (more than 15 years). These vehicles consume more diesel since their engine<br />
is old and of low efficiency and consequently they need to be replaced with new ones. This is<br />
a way to contribute to fuels savings and CO 2 reduction.<br />
This action constitutes a priority for the municipality, and for this reason is developed in detail<br />
in the project fiche “Replacing the old Municipal diesel vehicles with new efficient vehicles”.<br />
