Swim Lessons - Adult / Swim<br />

This level focuses on all strokes and helps participants<br />
achieve their goals, whether for increased endurance and<br />
technique or to train for an event.<br />

Teen/Adult – Beginner<br />

For those with little experience or who are not<br />
comfortable in the water. Have fun, build trust, and gain<br />
confidence. Participants start with breath control and<br />
progress to floating. Skills and techniques covered include<br />
breath control, front crawl, and back strokes.<br />

This class progresses from beginner swim lessons to<br />
increase your confidence in the water. Students refine<br />
basic stroke mechanics, expand their knowledge in the<br />
water, and improve the overall experience. Skills include<br />
breaststroke, backstroke, and turns.<br />
