Youth Stage 6: Stroke Mechanics (Flying Fish)
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Y member rate: $70
Y non-member rate: $105
Prerequisite: Completion of Stage 5. For school-age
children who can swim 50 yards unassisted and show
endurance in the water with any stroke or combination of
strokes. In stage 6, students refine stroke technique on all
major competitive strokes, learn about competitive
swimming, and discover how to incorporate swimming into
a healthy lifestyle.

teaching competitive strokes. Must be able to swim 50
yards freestyle, 50 yards backstroke and have the basic
understanding of breaststroke and butterfly.
