NATIONWIDE – We couldn’t make this up, if we wanted to

have implementation video visitation in prisons. According to

Prison Policy Initiative’s data, a large number of correctional

facilities are reducing or eliminating in-person visits.

Each video visit is $12.99 for 20 minutes and is managed by

Securus. With more than 2.3 million people in 1,719 state

prisons, 102 federal prisons, 942 juvenile correctional facilities,

3,283 local jails, and 79 Indian Country jails, not to mention
