Accommodation
SGH offers accommodation in:
• SGH dormitory “Sabinki”;
• Student hotel “Portos” (20-30-minute distance by bus 130)
Due to limited number of places in the dorm students will be assigned on a “first come first
served basis”. This rule applies to online application for accommodation and not to those
who will come first to Warsaw.
International students live at the SGH dormitory “Sabinki”, which is located one block
away from the campus (10 minutes walking distance). Students share double rooms of a
moderate size. Each room has two beds, a dining table, a fridge, and two wooden closets
with shelves for clothes, hanging cupboards, chairs, and computer tables. There is a
bathroom and a kitchen on each floor, and cooking utensils are also provided. The price is
265 PLN/month (but it can be slightly raised) plus 200 PLN deposit payable on arrival
which will be returned before departure providing the room and its equipment will be not
damaged.
There is a student canteen in the dormitory, where you can buy lunch and dinner for a low
price. There are also cafeterias at the campus and fast food restaurants in the vicinity.
Usually students buy groceries and cook their meals in the dorm.
