Students from the countries outside of EU and EFTA:<br />

Enrolment fee – 80 PLN/semester<br />

Tuition fee – 300 EURO for each 30 hours course selected by the student<br />

Students of Polish origin have the right <strong>to</strong> claim 30% reduction of the full payment.<br />

The minimum number of courses which each “independent study” student has <strong>to</strong> take is 4;<br />

therefore the basic payment for one semester will be 1760 PLN and 1200 EURO + 80 PLN<br />

respectively. The payment must be made before coming <strong>to</strong> the university <strong>to</strong> the account<br />

given in the confirm<strong>at</strong>ion of acceptance. The Letter of Acceptance will be sent <strong>to</strong> the<br />

student after receiving the payment.<br />

Fees for intern<strong>at</strong>ional degree students: for undergradu<strong>at</strong>e, gradu<strong>at</strong>e studies (excluding<br />

Executive MBA students) and doc<strong>to</strong>r<strong>at</strong>e studies the registr<strong>at</strong>ion is EUR 200 and the tuition<br />

fee for one year of the full time programme is EUR 5000. Full time students from EU<br />

countries are exempt from tuition fees.<br />

<strong>SGH</strong> does not award grants or financial aid. There are a few scholarships available in<br />

Poland through the Ministry of N<strong>at</strong>ional Educ<strong>at</strong>ion as a consequence of conventions and<br />

exchanges programs between Poland and other countries. Inform<strong>at</strong>ion about these can be<br />

obtained from Polish consul<strong>at</strong>es and Embassies. Students are advised <strong>to</strong> seek financial<br />

support in their home countries.<br />

Exchange students<br />

Exchange students can register for all the courses offered in English and other languages<br />

(including Polish) providing they know fluently the language in which the course is taught.<br />

Students can particip<strong>at</strong>e also in courses which are offered within the Master’s Programme<br />

in Global Economics and Business, the CEMS Programme, the Polish-German Academic<br />

Forum and the CIEE Programme; in case of the l<strong>at</strong>ter the number of <strong>at</strong>tendants is limited<br />

and the priority is given <strong>to</strong> students of CIEE. The registr<strong>at</strong>ion for all the courses (excluding<br />

CIEE courses) will be completed through the system of the Virtual Dean’s Office (Wirtualny<br />

Dziekan<strong>at</strong>)<br />

procedures of being selected as an exchange student.<br />

Step no 3: After passing the selection procedures <strong>at</strong> your home university, your coordina<strong>to</strong>r<br />

will make a nomin<strong>at</strong>ion in our online applic<strong>at</strong>ion system which is available <strong>at</strong><br />
