12, are on a cultural exchange at<br />

St Margaret’s British School for<br />

Girls in Con Con, Chile.<br />

The schools belong to the<br />

Queen Margaret network and<br />

the exchange has taken place for<br />

several years.<br />

While in Chile for a month,<br />

Virginia and Aisha will visit<br />

Valparaiso, Santiago, and<br />

other well-known cultural<br />

areas famous for art or<br />

pottery.<br />

They will also attend a<br />

SAFETY: Year 6 pupils, Maddy Lamb (above), Lachlan Laney,<br />

Jack Barltrop, Hayley Parnell and Meg Buckler took part<br />

in the city council’s Cycle Safe programme at Harewood<br />

School. The pupils had their bikes checked for safety, learnt<br />

new skills and spent time practicing with trained supervisors.<br />
