Friends of the library monthly book talks by local<br />

authors are on the second Tuesday of every month at<br />

in April, a six-week drawing<br />

skills course has begun. The<br />

course will finish with a group<br />

exhibition at the centre. Over<br />

six weeks participants will<br />

learn some basic skills that<br />

will enable them to gain confidence.<br />

The course will introduce<br />

different mediums such<br />

as pencil, charcoal, graphite,<br />

coloured pencil, pen, felt and<br />

ink. It is open to anyone who<br />
