I, Lianne Audrey Dalziel, give notice of a local transition period over the Christchurch<br />
City Council district owing to the flooding throughout Christchurch and Banks<br />
Peninsula.<br />
This transition period -<br />
(a) comes into force at 1600hrs on Tuesday, 25 July <strong>2017</strong> which is the time and date<br />
when -<br />
(i) this notice is given: and<br />
(ii) the state of emergency declared at 1050hrs on 22 July <strong>2017</strong> for Christchurch<br />
City is terminated:<br />
(b) is in force for 28 days:<br />
(c) ends at 1600hrs on 22 <strong>August</strong> <strong>2017</strong>, unless extended or terminated earlier.<br />
