1st XI Girls<br />
Hockey <strong>2017</strong><br />
The 1st XI Girls’ Hockey team head to Dunedin<br />
for the Audrey Timlin Memorial Tournament at<br />
the beginning of September.<br />
Lucy Turner and Lucy Kettles join forces to<br />
captain the team this year with the aid of Millie<br />
Thompson stepping into the vice-captain role.<br />
The team has 13 girls returning from last year<br />
with three fresh faces adding to the side.<br />

The team have had a great season and so far<br />
they are unbeaten heading into the semi’s and<br />
finals. They finished top of the table in the<br />
round robin and have scored an impressive 28<br />
goals from six games.<br />
In Dunedin the team will face Wanganui<br />
Collegiate, Wellington East Girls and Nelson<br />
College as they endeavour to secure a spot in<br />
the play-offs.<br />
The players and management would like to<br />
thank all sponsors and supporters who have<br />
made this trip possible. We hope to return the<br />
favour by bringing back the trophy.<br />
