Kathy Y. Jones, M.D., FPMRS, FACOG, is the founder of Orlando Urogynecology,<br />
a private practice dedicated to female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery,<br />
better known as urogynecology. She obtained her doctorate from Wake Forest<br />
University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She completed her<br />
OB-GYN residency at New York University Langone Medical Center and completed<br />
her fellowship in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery at Wayne State<br />
University Detroit Medical Center. She is board-certified in gynecology and belongs<br />
to a unique subspecialty of gynecology called female pelvic surgery and reconstructive<br />
surgery. Dr. Jones is a member of the American Medical Association, American<br />
Urogynecologic Society, Florida Obstetric and Gynecologic Society, and American<br />

Kevin Claudeanos, M.D., RPVI, attended the University of California Los Angeles,<br />
where he earned a Bachelor of Science in physiological sciences. He went on to<br />
graduate with honors from St. George’s University School of Medicine, where he was<br />
a member of the Iota Epsilon Alpha Honor Society. He completed his general surgery<br />
residency at Albany Medical Center, where he won a surgical intern of the year<br />
award, and then pursued vascular surgery fellowship training at the Greenville Health<br />
System in South Carolina. Dr. Claudeanos is a board-certified and fellowship-trained<br />

Adam B. Levitt, M.D., FACS, RVT, RPVI, graduated magna cum laude from the<br />
University of Maryland and Tufts University School of Medicine. He did his general surgery<br />
residency at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C. He then pursued<br />
his vascular fellowship at Atlanta Medical Center and did a one-year fellowship at<br />
the American Cardiovascular Research Institute. He is board-certified in vascular and<br />
general surgery, and affiliated with Dr. P. Phillips Hospital, Health Central Hospital,<br />
Orlando Regional Medical Center, and South Lake Hospital.
