Anushka Shodhan was the flower
girl. Another student, Francesca
Gordon, discovered a katydid
on the playground and took the
opportunity to hold the leaflike bug.
One of the recent highlights was
a visit by Deputy Mullins from the
Orange County Sheriff’s Office.
She stopped in to talk
to the children about
the role of police officers
tour of the
school.
There was also a
walkathon to raise
money for the Orphans
Rising Missions, field
day, crazy hair and
sock day, a talent show,
career day, students vs.
faculty volleyball game,
and a volunteer breakfast,
honoring all the
people who make every
event at HFCS possible.
One of the most anticipated
