There will be daily gymnastics instructions along with other activities including crafts and ball play. Students will be divided into groups based on age and ability. Lesson plans vary every day. Children must have turned four prior to camp attendance and must be fully toilet trained. Please pack snacks-no peanuts. SUMMER DISCOVERY DAY CAMP Discovery Day Camp is filled with days of swimming, field trips, activities, events, sports and creative adventure in a safe, fun environment with well trained staff and a low camper-to-staff ratio. Campers are to bring lunch and a morning snack; a healthy afternoon snack is provided. Most Monday afternoons are club days and Fridays are all day swimming. Swim is offered most afternoons. Field trips listed below may be specific to an age group and are subject to extra fees. Check our website regarding field trips prior to making session payments. Bookmobile visits every Tuesday. AGE 5-12 LOCATION Recreation Park, Modular Classrooms INSTRUCTOR Discovery Club Staff FEE $27 Full Day 7am-6pm | $20 Half Day 7-12:30 or 12:30-6 | Add $2/day after due date $25 family registration fee | field trip fees vary NOTES See the Discovery Club section of our website for ways to save. We will walk your child to and from swim lessons at the 4:00-4:30 time only. This includes private lessons. Sign up is separate. C.I.T.s must be responsible and willing to follow the direction of day camp staff. Days, dates and times are consistent with Discovery Day Camp. Enrollment is limited. (Students may apply to be volunteers at age 15 or after completing one year of high school.) C.I.T s must complete a questionnaire and meet with the manager prior to registering.
