The coming together of cheese burger and bao bun
is a tempting combination to say the least. Add to this
the creative flair of flavour-lovers Sister Kong and you
get something a little special on the autumn menu. We
sunk our teeth into the wagyu with cheese baoger and
found the dripping “special sauce” and mustard medley
a salivating success. The medium-rare slab of 80/20
wagyu beef is simply delish.
Forget milk and sugar. The newest way to enjoy
artisanal tea, according to Dilmah’s Merrill and Dilhan
Fernando, is to blend it with vodka, gin or prosecco.
The pair visited from Dilmah in Sri Lanka to team up
with The Happening’s mixologist Charles Gillet and
produce, among other tipples, a deliciously bitter take
on a negroni made with blood Orange & Eucalyptus
Tea, cinnamon, orange and gin. Do try it!

Provence pairing up with Kiwi culinary favourite Annabel
Langbein to deliver a range of new products that will
