Go to “Apply Now” 2. You will need to fill up the preregistration form. MAIL-IN Please do not send cash!! We will not call you to confirm your registration. Receipts will be mailed. 32 REGISTRATION WALK-IN & DROP- OFF Registration Hours: SKILL EXCHANGE MAKERSPACE Mon-Thurs 8:30am-7:30pm Fridays 8:30am-4:30pm Drop-off - Check or Credit Card Hand delivery of registration, but not processed by staff. Drop-offs, will be handled in the order received and grouped with our mail-in & fax-in registrations. Receipts will be mailed or emailed, by request. Registration Info Prerequisites: All learners will be expected to partake in a Skills Benchmark Test to assess the level of skills competence, compatability and eligibility for both courses & fees exemption. Project course: No entry requirements needed. Diploma: To obtain an Advanced Diploma in any of the specialty Programmes, a BA Degree or prior recognized learning of an equivalent of 5 years experience in the field is required. - Preregistration is required for all project courses, programmes & recreation classes. - Register early! Many classes will be filled before their start dates. - Classes may be canceled if there is low enrollment. - All registrations are taken on a first come first serve basis. - Waiting lists will be established if a program is full. If a space becomes available, we will contact you. You will not be charged for the class unless you are enrolled. If you wrote a check for several classes and you are put on the wait list, the remaining balance of your check will be automatically credited to your account for future use in our programs. If you would like a refund, please contact the finance department. RESIDENT STATUS Any person with a home in Vaal Triangle Townships (Sebokeng, Evaton, Sharpeville, etc) mailing address is considered a resident. A Vaal Triangle Township P.O. Box or business address will not be taken as proof of residency.
