COMPATIBILITY OF CAREER AND PERSONAL LIFE<br />
/ Employees who can succesfully balance work and personal life are the most valuable<br />
asset for the success of IOM. Flexible working time, the organization of meetings and scientific<br />
colloquia within core working hours as well as individualized support in challenging<br />
family situations are important measures. Based on these principles, the needs for improvement<br />
are regularly assessed and implemented within the certification process “auditberufundfamilie”<br />
(“audit work and family”). For example, a special seminar series has been<br />
established aiming to sensitize project leaders to the issues of work-life balance in the<br />
specific settings of their work environment.<br />
