introduces ‘Roll Your Own’ fresh
summer rolls to Christchurch. The
authentic way to eat Vietnamese
spring rolls, choose fillings such as pork
belly, prawns, smoked salmon, fresh
vegetables and herbs and then roll them
in rice paper. Other menu favorites
are Hot and Sour Fish Soup, Herbal
Duck, Raw Beef Noodle Soup, Sticky
Rice with Fried Chicken, Quail Eggs and
