mind the following guidelines:<br />

- While you are driving or riding a bike, concentrate and pay attention to the road. Using a<br />

mobile device while driving or cycling, even were permitted by law, may cause distraction.<br />

If you believe that your device is a source of distraction or disturbance whilst driving any<br />

vehicle, cycling, or pursuing other activities that require maximum attention, you must pull<br />

over and park before making or answering a call or using the device.<br />

- Never take your eyes off the road.<br />

- While you are driving, do not read text messages, e-mails, do not jot anything down, do not<br />

search for phone numbers do not perform any activity that requires user input and your<br />

attention.<br />

- Do not use your i’m <strong>Watch</strong> when you are driving or cycling where prohibited by law.<br />

HEADSETS AND HEADPHONES: i’m S.p.A. does not supply headsets and/or headphones<br />

with its i’m <strong>Watch</strong> which, however, is able to <strong>support</strong> devices of this nature.<br />

i’m S.p.A. disclaims all headset/headphone compatibility with its i’m <strong>Watch</strong>, therefore, if<br />

the customer intends to use such devices, under his/her own responsibility, the latter must<br />

verify relative compatibility and suitability for use, in addition to conformity with applicable<br />

legislative requirements. No damage caused to the customer and/or i’m <strong>Watch</strong> device can<br />

be charged to i’m S.p.A.<br />

• SEIZURES, FAINTING, PAINFUL EYES<br />

A small percentage of users may be prone to fainting or seizures (even if episodes such as<br />

these have never occurred before) when exposed to flashing lights or light patterns such as<br />

those produced when playing a video or using an application . You should consult a doctor<br />

before watching videos on your i’m <strong>Watch</strong> if you have a personal or family history of fainting<br />

or seizures. If you start to suffer from headaches, fainting, seizures, and eye pain, avoid<br />

prolonged use of your i’m <strong>Watch</strong>, keep it at a certain distance from your eyes, use it in a well<br />

lit environment and take frequent breaks.<br />
