This Limited Warranty applies solely to hardware products manufactured by or on behalf of
i’m S.p.A. identifiable by an i’m Watch trademark, trade name or logo affixed to the same.
This Limited Warranty does not apply to third party hardware or software, even if packaged
or sold with the i’m Watch hardware.
Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers of software, other than i’m S.p.A., may provide their
own warranties to the end user however, i’m S.p.A. within the limits of the law, supplies
third party products without any form of warranty. Software distributed by i’m S.p.A. with
or without the i’m Watch trademark (including, without limitation, the operating system
installation software) is not covered by this Limited Warranty.
For further information on consumer rights regarding the use of the software, please refer to
the i’m S.p.A. Software License Agreement.
i’m S.p.A. does not warrant that the operational functions of the product will be provided
uninterrupted or free from error.
i’m S.p.A. is not liable for any damage caused by failure to comply with the product user
instructions.
This warranty does not apply to: (a) consumable components such as batteries or
protective covers, glass, straps subject to wear over time, unless the problem was
caused by a defects in manufacturing or workmanship; (b) aesthetical damage, such
as by way of example and not limited to, scratches, dents or broken plastic materials
on ports; (c) damage caused by use in conjunction with non i’m S.p.A. products, (d)
damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, contact with liquids, fire, earthquakes or
other external causes; (e) damage caused by use of the product in a manner that fails to
comply with the permitted or intended uses foreseen by i’m S.p.A.; (f) damage caused
by interventions (including upgrades and extensions) performed by anyone who is not
an i’m S.p.A. representative or a service provider authorised by i’m S.p.A.; (g) products
or components that have been modified to alter the functionality or capability of the
same without the written authorisation of i’m S.p.A.; (h) defects caused by normal
wear and tear or otherwise due to natural aging of the same; or (i) products whose i’m
Watch serial number has been remove or altered.
Important: do not open the hardware product. Opening the hardware product may
cause damage that is not covered by this warranty. Only i’m S.p.A. or its authorised
