i’m S.p.A. LIMITED YEARLY WARRANTY<br />

For “i’m <strong>Watch</strong>” branded products only<br />

CONSUMER RIGHTS AND RESTRICTIONS<br />

For consumers who benefit from specific consumer protection rules or regulations in the<br />

country of purchase, or, if different, their country of residence, the benefits conferred<br />

by this warranty shall be considered supplementary to the rights and privileges<br />

foreseen by such consumer protection laws and regulations. However, as illustrated in<br />

detail below, according to the applicable laws in force, i’m S.p.A. disclaims and excludes<br />

all legal or implied warranty or guarantee; if such warranties cannot be denied, the<br />

duration of the same, to the extent allowed by law, shall be intended as limited to the<br />

duration of this implied warranty and the repair and replacement service offered by<br />

i’m S.p.A. at its sole discretion. As certain countries, regions and provinces do not allow<br />

time limitations on implied warrantees or conditions, the foregoing limitations and<br />

exclusions may not apply. This limited warranty is regulated by the laws in the country<br />

where you purchased your product.<br />

i’m S.p.A., i.e. the entity that provides this Limited Warranty, is identified at the end<br />

of this document according to the country or region in which you purchased your<br />

product.<br />

WARRANTY<br />

The obligations pursuant to the warranty granted by i’m S.p.A. for its hardware product<br />

are limited to these conditions. i’m S.p.A. guarantees that under normal conditions of use,<br />

this i’m <strong>Watch</strong> branded hardware product shall remain free from defects in material and<br />

workmanship for ONE (1) YEAR, unless otherwise required by law in the country the device<br />

is marketed, from the date of purchase by the end user (“Warranty Period”).<br />

Should a hardware defect arise and a valid claim is submitted within the Warranty Period, i’m<br />

S.p.A., at its own discretion and to the extent permitted by applicable laws, undertakes to<br />

(1) solve the hardware defect free of charge using new components or reconditioned parts<br />

equivalent to new parts in terms of functionality and reliability, (2) replace the product with<br />
