An empowered tribe of women coming together monthly to connect,<br />
share, and illuminate one another from within. Soul shine inspires<br />
creative living and personal transformation using the tools of meditation,<br />
journaling, and mind body connection. Wear loose, comfortable clothing<br />
and bring an open heart and mind to allow your soul to shine.<br />

Amanda Ellis, MSW, MPH<br />
Amanda found her passion for justice and social change while studying<br />
social work and public health in college, which has framed her life and<br />
career path. Amanda is the program director for a non-profit organization<br />
that focuses on mentoring and empowering women who are in the<br />
criminal justice system. Amanda truly loves her work, infusing all of her<br />
academic and personal development into empowering women. Amanda<br />
is a certified Reiki Master and is committed to spreading spiritual and<br />
emotional health through her energy work.<br />
Rachael Croll, Yoga Instructor RYT<br />
Rachael is an ex-corporate finance executive and recovering perfectionist.<br />
She teaches yoga in studios and on paddleboards and is committed<br />
to living a whole hearted life of passion and ease! As an<br />
ambassador for the Body Image Movement, she advocates self love<br />
and empowerment for women. Rachael is also a reiki healer, and<br />
enjoys growing her practices in energy work and developing her<br />
passion for astrology.<br />
