Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia and Romania), Portugal, Greece, Italy, Poland, Turkey, and Estonia.

Indonesia, Malaysia, Argentina, Chile, Sri Lanka, Brunei, Uruguay and New Zealand.
In 2004, Northern Europe, Continental Europe and Overseas represented 45%, 50% and 5% of
revenues respectively. ISS employed more than 305,000 employees as of September 30, 2005, of
which only approximately 91 employees were in its head office.
