PULL-THRU KNIFE SHARPENER
This sharpener uses pre-set carbide blades
and crossed ceramic stones to bring
your knife’s blade to razor sharpness. The
triangular shaped ceramic stones can be
used on either straight or serrated edges.
It has an ergonomically designed, soft grip
handle and non-slip rubber feet for comfort
and steadiness when sharpening. The
Carbide/Ceramic Pull-Thru Knife sharpener
works best when trying to sharpen very
dull or damaged blades to razor sharpness,
but can also be used to maintain the edge

The Edge Grip 2-Stage Knife Sharpener
is lightweight, portable, and easy to use
on either a flat surface or the edge of
your countertop or table. Carbide blades
and crossed ceramic rods feature pre-set
sharpening angles that provide the proper
sharpening angle every time. Carbide
blades (Coarse) provide quick edge setting
capabilities, and the ceramic rods (Fine) are
used for the final edge honing. These two
stages offer the capability to put a razor
sharp edge on very dull or damaged blade
and touch up already sharp blades. It comes
with non-slip rubber feet and a soft grip
rubber handle for comfort and steadiness

PULL-THRU
The Diamond Elite pull-thru sharpener is
perfect for straight edges with standard
geometry, for especially thin-ground
blades, and for serrated edges. It is thus
the most versatile Edgeware pull-thru knife
sharpener. The standard chute offers a fine
stage for all normal blades and serrated
edge blades as well as a large diamond
stage for pre-grinding very blunt blades
with smooth edges. The Santoku chute
also offers a rough diamond and a fine
ceramic stage. The tighter angle of this
chute is specially designed for especially
thin and finely ground blades. The ceramic
fine grind ensures maximum sharpness and
a consistent angle for an optimal result The
grinding elements are removable in order to
ensure a long lifespan. A rubberized handle
and anti-slip rubber feet round out the
