Dept. of Administration, the details for the<br />

grant are as follows: Cotton Valley was<br />

awarded just under 1 million dollars in<br />

capital outlay money. It will be given to the<br />

Town in unspecified increments over an<br />

unspecified amount of time. This grant was<br />

applied for with the help of Coordinating<br />

and Development who has been our<br />

Administrator for more than 25 years (as<br />

well as the surrounding towns) in 2015 it<br />

was applied for, under Mrs. Phillips as well<br />

and moved to Priority 1, but never<br />

awarded, applied again in Nov. 2016 and<br />

moved to priority 1, he made late<br />

application by emergency with CD&C, was<br />

moved to priority 1. Then based on<br />

emergency need by violation and condition<br />

was awarded the grant a few days ago. He<br />
