NCR DEBTHELP WOES<br />
Debt Counsellors have until<br />
the 15th of November to<br />
prepare and send in their thirdquarter<br />
statistical reports to the<br />
NCR. The reports must cover<br />
the period of 1 July to 20th<br />
September.<br />
Several Debt Counsellors<br />
are reporting issues with the<br />
NCRDebtHelp System since<br />
it was recently updated.<br />
The System is used by Debt<br />
Counsellors to update the<br />
NCR as to who has applied<br />
for help and how far along<br />
they are in the process. Some<br />
Debt Counsellors report a<br />
glitch which allowed them to<br />
see private statistics of other<br />
Debt Counsellors. Others say<br />
they are receiving requests for<br />
transfers of clients who they<br />
never helped in the first place.<br />
One Debt Counsellor reportedly<br />
found an additional 3000<br />
clients allocated to her profile<br />
suddenly.
