The Debt Counsellors<br />
Association of South Africa<br />
(DCASA)is numerically<br />
the largest association of<br />
Debt Counsellors in South<br />
Africa. Each year DCASA get<br />
together to hold their Annual<br />
General Meeting (AGM) as<br />
per the requirements of their<br />
Constitution.<br />
The AGM provides a chance<br />
for association members who<br />
are in good standing to vote<br />
in regard to a number of<br />
Association matters including<br />
the composition of the National<br />
Executive Committee. Those<br />
who are in good standing and<br />
are not able to attend will<br />
be able to submit their votes<br />
via proxy (if they fill in the<br />
applicable paperwork).<br />
At the AGM, the association’s<br />
President will give a report<br />
on the last year of DCASA<br />
activity and the financial side<br />
of things will also be covered in<br />
a consideration of the audited<br />
financial statements.<br />
The AGM will be held in<br />
Kempton Park in Gauteng at<br />
the Kempton Park Golf Club on<br />
the 13th of November <strong>2018</strong><br />
and starts at 10am.
