Caller reports he was threatened<br />
by a woman in a car with a<br />
knife on Tuesday at 8:23 p.m. at<br />
<strong>11</strong>0 Margin St. who fled towards<br />
Salem. Salem and Danvers<br />
police departments were notified.<br />
Danvers police located the<br />
woman in the driveway and no<br />
weapons were found.<br />
A suspicious motor vehicle<br />

of the SpringHill Suites at 43<br />
Newbury St. that has been running<br />
for an hour. Officer was<br />
able to turn off the motor vehicle<br />
and secure it for the night.<br />
Woman came to the police<br />
station to report her boyfriend<br />
took her car from the driveway<br />
and hasn’t returned it as of<br />
Wednesday at 4:20 a.m. Officer<br />
checked the boyfriend’s home<br />
and vehicle was not there. Officer<br />
reports contact was made with<br />
boyfriend and he agreed to return<br />
the vehicle to the station.<br />
Theft<br />
A report of a larceny at 3:26<br />
p.m. Friday at 6 Bourbon St. The<br />
landlord reported there was a<br />
mini golf set that was missing<br />
from the building. The suspect,<br />
Dale A. Borders, allegedly took<br />
approximately $5,000 in mini<br />
golf parts, which he refused<br />
to bring back. Borders, 44,<br />
of 1 Parallel St., Salem, was<br />
summoned for larceny from<br />
building; at 4:07 p.m. Friday at<br />
Big Y Foods at 637 Lowell St.;<br />
at 5:23 p.m. Friday at Stop &<br />
Shop at 19 Howley St. An officer<br />
was approached with a report<br />
of a purse snatching, after<br />
someone witnessed a suspect<br />
fleeing the store; at 9:51 p.m.<br />
Saturday at Century House<br />
Restaurant at 235 Andover<br />
St. The manager reported two<br />
males left without paying their<br />
bill. After being told by police<br />
that criminal action would be<br />
filed, the suspect came back<br />
and paid the bill.
