How does this relate to the CDLI adult practice areas?
TAKE NOTE
The staff survey focuses on four major research and data-driven
As you review each of these
areas of effective staff and volunteer practices and asks staff
about their confidence in and the level of organization support
sections, make sure you have
they receive for each youth development practice areas (see table your data reports available.
above). In addition, the survey asks staff and volunteers about
their engagement with organizational leaders and the overarching
organization supports for staff to implement positive youth development practices.
There is a great deal of overlap between these practices and experiences and the CDLI practice areas.
As you discuss your data with your team, consider where this data is aligning with the practice areas on
which you chose to focus.
