Arrests
Christion A. Castillo, 24, of
1 Goldberg Road, was arrested
on Saturday at 4:34 p.m. on two
warrants and charged with trespassing,
assault and battery and
violation of miscellaneous municipal
ordinances.
Harutyun Demirtshyan, 25,
of 220 Bartholomew St., was arrested
on Saturday at 4:39 p.m.
at his home and charged with
domestic assault and battery on
a household member.
Bjanko Jakic, 29, of 18
Warren St. Apt. 3, was arrested
on Sunday at 1:37 p.m. and
charged with assault and battery
on a disabled elderly person.
Arnalfo Niz, 29, of 262
Western Ave., Lynn, was arrested
on Friday at 2:51 p.m.
following a traffic stop at 46
Prospect St. and 2 Felton St.
and charged with operating a
motor vehicle without a license.
He was also charged with an
outstanding warrant from Lynn
District Court.

following a traffic stop at 86
Main St. and charged with the
unlicensed operation of a motor

on Monday at 2:37 p.m.

an unlicensed person to

on Saturday at 1:31
p.m. following a traffic stop at
the Jehovah’s Witnesses at 79
Endicott St. for the unlicensed
operation of a motor vehicle. Car
taken from scene by a licensed
operator.

on Thursday at 3 p.m.
following a traffic stop at 662

hit and run crash at the Peabody
Fire Department at 47 Lowell
St. on Monday at 4:51 p.m. for
leaving the scene of an accident.
Accidents
Motor vehicle crash reported
at 245 Lynnfield St. at 2 First
Ave. on Friday at 5:43 p.m. No
injuries, no tows, and officer will
document.
Caller who would like to stay
anonymous reports a motor vehicle
with the interior light on has
been parked on Broad Street for
a half hour on Friday at 6:36 p.m.
Vehicle pulled into the driveway
at the residence at No. 15.
Two-car minor motor vehicle
crash reported on Friday at 8:14
p.m. in the parking lot at the
Just In Time Cafe at 2 First Ave.
Officer assisted with the paperwork
exchange.
Caller reports her grandmother’s
parked motor vehicle
was hit and the other motor vehicle
left the scene at 79 Lynn St.
at 2 Brown St. on Friday at 9:53
p.m. Calling party gave possible
plate number but did not know
the direction of travel. Upon officer’s
arrival, the motor vehicle
that struck the parked car came
back and exchanged paperwork.
A report of a motor vehicle
crash at 21 Caller St. on
Thursday at 3:48 p.m. Caller
said other operator refused to
exchange information. Officer
assisted in paperwork exchange.
A three-car crash was reported
on Thursday at 5:43
p.m. at Plum Tomatoes at 145
Summit St. Officer reports no
injuries and tows.
Two-car crash reported on
Friday at 7:44 a.m. at 420
Lynnfield St. Atlantic EMS reports
no need for police.
Animal Control
Caller from Tannery Apartments
reports another resident gave her
a hard time about a barking service
dog on Saturday at 5:12 p.m.
Officer spoke with borth parties
and will document.
Caller reports two loose dogs
at 7 Perley Ave. charged at his
two dogs who were leashed on
Friday at 1:24 p.m. No one was
injured, but they were chased
down the street. Officer issued
a $50 ticket to Danielle Cafarelli
who has been previously warned
about licensing the animal.
Complaints
Caller reports she heard two
men arguing outside her home
on Pierpont Street. She said
one man was standing over the
other man who is on the ground
and then left on foot on Friday
at 9:43 p.m. Officer spoke with
both men. It was not an assault.
One man was drunk and the
other was assisting. All clear.
Caller reports elderly party
walking westbound on Route
114 on Saturday at 10:24 a.m.
Officer checked area but unable
to locate anyone on the road.
Possible fight in progress
at the Welch School at 50
Swampscott Ave. on Saturday
at 10:59 a.m. One person was
upset when told to put dog on a
leash. Officer going to 39 Home
St. to speak to the involved party
and will document.
Caller from 14 Albert Road
reported neighbor was blowing
leaves into their yard on Saturday
at 12:26 p.m. Officer reports
neighbor has picked up the leaves
and no further action needed.
Employee from Healthy Pet at
637 Lowell St. reported a person
trying to steal dog products from
the store on Saturday at 1:32 p.m.
Nelson Cabral, 39, was ordered
not to return to the store.
Disabled motor vehicle reported
at Five Corners at 43 Lake
St. on Thursday at 5:51 p.m.
Officer reports motor vehicle is
off the road and no hazard.
Caller reports he may have
lost his keys while walking on
Thursday at 7:27 p.m. on Pulaski
Street. Keys were described as
a Subaru key, a large door key,
three smaller keys, one with an
American flag, and several store
reward cards.
Report of a motor vehicle
parked partially in a driveway at
252 Newbury St. on Thursday
at 10:05 p.m. causing a traffic
hazard on Route 1. Officer reports
vehicle has been moved
and AAA arrived.
A noise complaint was received
on Friday at 2:39 a.m. at
732 Silverleaf Way. Officer reports
all is quiet.
