Get into
a Routine
For a fresh and natural
complexion on your wedding
day start your skincare routine
at least 6 months before.
Grooms will also benefit.
1. At least 6 months ahead of the
day begin to rid your skin of toxins.
Ask your beauty therapist to look
at your complexion and advise
on areas to improve and home
treatments. Cleanse, exfoliate and
moisturise regularly. Protect your
skin from sun damage and drink
plenty of water.
2. Focus on problem areas such
as tired eyes, dark circles and
dehydration. Your therapist can
recommend products for home
use.
3. In the couple of months before
your wedding if you develop one
or two stress spots try specific
treatments and recovery masks.
4. In the month before your
wedding focus on gentle
cleansing, toning and
moisturising. Don’t use exfoliators,
electrolysis or waxing for up to 5
days before your big day.
5. A week before your wedding
book your final relaxing facial
treatment.

Curls and classic hair-ups are
as on trend this year as are the
simple no fuss looks. A chic pony
tail shouts classic understated
sophistication. Add polish to
loose wedding hair with an extra
curl or wave. Use Neals’ Yard
