This was Mrs. Bayr's first<br />
visit to <strong>Ocean</strong> <strong>City</strong> and she said<br />
she was 'charmed* by the<br />
'relaxed atmosphere' <strong>of</strong> fife on<br />
the beaches and boardwalk <strong>of</strong><br />
