OUR ANCESTORS CAME FROM OUTER SPACE<br />

their new homes in Europe and survived there the destruction of<br />
their land of origin, continuing the culture that they had brought<br />
along?<br />
Besides, the Basques have a blood type and Rh factor combination<br />
that is<br />
extremely rare and can be found only along the<br />
shores of the Atlantic Ocean in people speaking the unknown dialects.<br />
The same blood types are found in Egyptian and Inca<br />
mummies. That could explain why the Incas and the pharaohs<br />
cultivated marriages between brothers and sisters—in order to<br />
preserve the rare blood that was not of this world, so it seems,<br />
because no other humans have it in such pure form.<br />
In 1952 two British scientists analyzed the blood of five Inca<br />
mummies discovered at Cuzco and lent to the British Museum in<br />
London. One showed a blood group with an Rh factor that<br />
nobody had ever seen anywhere in this world before. Another<br />
mummy had a blood group that was very rare among other<br />
American Indians. Unfortunately, the experiments can not be<br />
repeated or expanded because all five mummies were destroyed<br />
when a water pipe burst in the basement of the British Museum.<br />
But it does look as if both the Egyptians and the Basques on one<br />
side of the Atlantic and the Incas on the other had blood that<br />
was different from that of the people living next to them. Was<br />
that the blood of the inhabitants of the sunken continent of<br />
Atlantis?<br />
Another mystery is the similarity of customs on both sides of<br />
the Atlantic. Sumerians and Egyptians used the same art of<br />
mummification that was practiced by the Mayas and the Incas.<br />
They did this out of their belief in either a life after death or reincarnation<br />
and constructed pyramids to preserve and protect<br />
the departed. And now we have scientific<br />
proof that somehow<br />
the shape of the pyramid preserves, dessicates, and sterilizes organic<br />
matter, an effect that can be observed even in small<br />
pyramid-shaped containers made of plastic or cardboard. On<br />
both sides of the Atlantic pyramids were also constructed in ancient<br />
times as astronomical observatories, but that, probably, was<br />
not the primary reason for building them.<br />
