SAUCY’S GOT GAME<br />
Tammy Wood, Agassiz’s hometown celebrity, finished in the Top Ten of<br />
Canada’s Master Chef, Season Two. Since the show, Tammy’s career has<br />
blossomed in the culinary world. As a passionate chef and avid hunter<br />
and fisher girl, Tammy has combined her loves of the outdoor lifestyle and<br />
cooking to create a career of Wild Game cooking.<br />
Her first published cookbook, Around the Woods in Thirty Plates, features<br />
Venison recipes and she is currently working on her own hunting and<br />
cooking show titled Saucy’s Got Game, which has been approved by three<br />
networks including Wild TV. Tammy also works with BC Outdoors as a food<br />
editor for both the BC Outdoor Hunting and Fishing magazines and has<br />
earned the title of Pro Staff at Abbotsford’s Cabela’s, where you can often<br />
find her cooking wild game dishes for the customers during special events,<br />
or just hanging out in the hunting department.<br />
We are excited to welcome Chef Tammy to the Dockside Grill, her motto of<br />
“loving what you do” sure to be an inspiration to us all!<br />
The Loxy Ladies<br />
We’re the Loxy Ladies, sisters who work for our<br />
family business, Sundance Seafood Ltd. Our<br />
father started the company in 1990 in order to be<br />
closer to his wife and two baby girls (that’s us!).<br />
Having been raised by a fisherman for a father<br />
and an amazing cook for a mother, it was only<br />
natural that our passion for food would blossom.<br />
We love creating recipes with our products that<br />
are healthy, delicious, and easy to prepare.<br />
