ETHNO News is our newborn “baby”, so I ask for your indulgence, as it is still in the crawling phase. As publisher and editor-in-chief, I am exclusively responsible for the entire content. Short about me: I can write, read, calculate and swim – mostly against the current. I am a peaceful person who likes to be happy, with a healthy sense of humor, smiles and laughs a lot. That can, nevertheless, change dramatically if I am confronted with injustice, inequalities and lies. If you feel the same, then you have found the right person! Beyond The River...<br />
Venezuelans in Munich* think nothing<br />
of the above speech. They do not seem<br />
to be persuaded by Maduro. On January,<br />
23 they joined the demonstrations<br />
that have been simultaneously held all<br />
over the world (in Venezuela and in other ca.<br />
250 countries). According to participants’ statements,<br />
they share the same opinion with 80% of<br />
the Venezuelan population. They accuse Maduro<br />
inter alias of Venezuela’s corruption and illiberal<br />
governance. They stubbornly insist on the fact<br />
that he exclusively bears the blame for isolation<br />
and poverty. They demand the – as they characterized<br />
it – ‘abdication’ of Maduro and set their<br />
entire hope on Juan Guaido who is supported by<br />
USA and Europe.<br />
