In addition to the competition, dancers
from around Florida participated
in convention classes during the
weekend. The EPSOD family is very
proud of its dancers who participated,
including Anniston, Marli and
Reese Clarke; Emma Hodson;
Anna Lee; Emily Lewis; Audrey
Orme; Reese Rutherford and Kate
Woods. Florida Dance Masters
advances the art of dance through
quality education for teachers and
students, promoting excellence in
dance. Elizabeth Parsons has been a
member of National Dance Masters
since 1958 and Florida Dance
Masters since 1987.
Orlando Health held its
Centennial Gala to celebrate its
100-year anniversary. Southwestarea
residents Nick and Stina
D’Uva; Tony and Joanne
Kostantinidis; former Fairway
Cove resident Amy Pennock;
and Dr. Sandy Shugart and his
wife, Jane, attended the event
to show their support of Orlando
Health. They are all involved
with Orlando Health in different
ways. Sandy is the board chairman,
Joanne is an Orlando Health
Foundation board member, Stina
is president of the West Orange
Chamber of Commerce, and
Amy is a Seminole Public School
Board member, as well as vice
president of finance and human resources
at Shepherd’s Hope.
