NEIGHBORHOOD VOTING MEMBERS
Neighborhoods in DC Ranch elect a designated
resident to serve as their liaison to the Ranch
Association (HOA) Board of Directors. NVMs
cast the sole vote for their neighborhood when
electing the Board and disseminate information
to their respective neighborhoods. To find the
NVM for your neighborhood, visit DCRanch.com.
TRASH COLLECTION
Trash is collected on Wednesdays and recycling
is collected on Fridays. Trash and recycling
containers are provided and serviced by the
City of Scottsdale. Containers may be placed on
the street on normal pickup days, but must be
removed to storage areas on the same day of
pick-up. Each owner must store these containers
in an area that is not visible from the street, an
adjoining lot, or common area on non-collection
days.
BULK TRASH
Please visit scottsdaleaz.gov/solid-waste for
a list of bulk trash and brush collection weeks
throughout the year. Items must be curb-side by
5 a.m. Monday of the scheduled week for pickup
at your normal collection site. Scottsdale
Solid Waste requires two separate piles for bulk
refuse, one for green waste and one for all other
items. Yard clippings, branches, and trimmings
will be composted and used to help grow new
plants. Non-green items will be taken to the
landfill. Please separate the piles by at least
three feet. Separate trucks will make each pickup
during the scheduled collection week.
