If you don’t have your own private yacht you can<br />
travel to Herm by ferry. The Travel Trident passenger<br />
ferry sails daily from Guernsey’s St Peter Port<br />
Harbour and departs from either the Weighbridge<br />
or Inter-Island Quay depending on the tide.<br />
Herm is at its best in summer, with sandy beaches,<br />
palm trees, and plenty of sunshine: close your eyes<br />
and imagine you’re in the Caribbean. There are a<br />
number of bays to check out including, and probably<br />
one of the most popular, Shell Beach. If you look<br />
closely you will find millions of tiny shells washed<br />
