JERSEY
After a five
year absence,
Aurigny will
once again
touch down
in Jersey.
Flights will begin on
28 May and run on
weekday mornings and
evenings, which gives the
choice of both a day trip
or a longer stay. The jump
across the water is just a 20
minute flight time so can be
enjoyed by Guernsey residents
for business or leisure, as
well as those holidaying in
Guernsey and looking for
a spot of island-hopping.
THIS MEANS BUSINESS
Business travellers will be happy
to know that a day trip means a day
trip, with flights leaving Guernsey at
8am and landing back at 6pm. Once
you land in Jersey, getting to
St Helier couldn’t be easier. There’s
a taxi rank immediately in front of the
arrivals terminal and taxi cost roughly
£15. You can also pre-book a cab or
catch the bus (number 15) which takes
about half an hour.
MIX IT UP
If you’re due in Jersey on business and
fancy staying longer there’s a large selection
of luxury hotels for you to pick from. Radisson
Blu Waterfront is nestled beside Elizabeth
Marina just a stone’s throw from the town
centre, meaning an easy stroll between work
and pleasure. For something out of town,
Longueville Manor is a boutique luxury hotel
in a lovingly restored manor house in the parish
of St Saviour. So once the work is done and
the laptop turned off, unwind with exceptional
hospitality, fine food and stunning grounds.
