The Community Centers are the heart of all DC Ranch<br />
community activities, events, and social gatherings. Residents<br />
may reserve parts of these facilities for private events.
Desert Camp<br />
Community Center<br />

Desert Camp Community Center offers a variety of settings<br />
perfect for smaller special events, parties, meetings, and<br />
celebrations for groups up to 100.<br />
Multi-Purpose Room<br />
Capacity: 40<br />
Security & Cleaning Desposit: $200<br />
Hourly Fee: $70<br />
Private room off the lobby which is perfect for parties up to 40 including baby<br />
& bridal showers, celebrations, meetings, presentations, intimate dinners,<br />
and more. Includes eight 6’ banquet tables, three 33” round high top tables,<br />
and 40 padded banquet chairs.
Recreation Room/Kitchenette<br />
Capacity: 20<br />
Security & Cleaning Desposit: $200<br />
Hourly Fee: $45<br />
Private room perfect for parties up to 20 including small gatherings,<br />
meetings, family dinners, clubs, and more. Available for rent after 6 p.m.<br />
North Patio<br />
Capacity: 40<br />
Security & Cleaning Desposit: $200<br />
Hourly Fee: $70<br />
An intimate patio that includes eight 48” round patio tables and 40 patio<br />
chairs with access to an additional eight 6’ banquet tables, three 33” round<br />
high top tables, and 40 padded banquet chairs. Please note an interior space<br />
must also be rented if after 6 p.m.
Pool Cabanas<br />
Capacity: 40<br />
Security & Cleaning Desposit: $50<br />
Hourly Fee (Up to 20 people): $15<br />
Hourly Fee (21 to 40 people): $50<br />
Available <strong>Rental</strong> Times: 8 a.m. to Noon and 4 to 8 p.m. Cabana <strong>Rental</strong>s<br />
have a 2 hour minimum and 4 hour maximum.<br />
Toddler Pool Cabana<br />
The toddler cabana is perfect for younger groups and includes<br />
four 48” square patio tables and 16 chairs.<br />
West Pool Cabana<br />
The west cabana is perfect for all age groups and includes<br />
four 48” square patio tables and 16 chairs.<br />

The Homestead<br />

The Homestead Community Center offers a variety of settings<br />
perfect for larger special events, parties, meetings and<br />
celebrations for groups of 50 to 250.<br />
Grand Hall and Veranda<br />
Capacity: 250<br />
Security & Cleaning Desposit: $200<br />
Hourly Fee: $200<br />
Residents hosting large celebrations, fundraisers, seminars, and more<br />
will find the Grand Hall and Veranda to be the perfect setting. DC Ranch’s<br />
largest rental space includes eight 6’ banquet tables, ten 60” round tables,<br />
eight 48” round tables, four 33” high top round tables, 200 plastic banquet<br />
chairs, a projector/screen, 1 flat screen TV, 2 wireless mics, DIRECTV, and a<br />
commercial kitchen with refrigerator and ice maker.
Frontier Rooms<br />
Capacity: 50 each<br />
Security & Cleaning Desposit: $200<br />
Hourly Fee: $70<br />
The Grand Hall can be separated into two spaces that can accommodate<br />
50 or 100 that includes eight 6’ banquet tables, ten 60” round tables, eight<br />
48” round tables, four 33” high top round tables, 200 plastic banquet<br />
chairs, a projector/screen, 1 flat screen TV, 2 wireless mics, DIRECTV, and a<br />

A covered outdoor space overlooking the event lawn, perfect for picnics and<br />
outdoor parties. Includes five 42” tables and 20 chairs.<br />

Unless noted, all rentals are a 2 hour minimum during regular<br />
business hours and a 4 hour minimum after hours. <strong>Rental</strong> times<br />
should reflect all set-up and cleanup of the event by the renter.<br />
The amenities mentioned in this brochure may be included for<br />
use during your event, please confirm availability with the<br />
rental team prior to rental.<br />
