The renewable energy sector<br />
has failed to acknowledge the<br />
advantages that women can<br />
br<strong>in</strong>g to the <strong>in</strong>dustry. Because<br />
of that, there is a lack of<br />
diversity <strong>in</strong> renewable<br />
energy companies. Women<br />
still belong to the m<strong>in</strong>ority<br />
groups and their voices are<br />
seldom heard as men cont<strong>in</strong>ue<br />

energy employment<br />
