BURY’S expulsion from the
English Football League is
a “tragedy”, says Sports
Minister Nigel Adams.
The financially stricken
League One club lost their
place in the EFL late on
Tuesday night after a proposed
takeover by C&N
Sporting Risk fell through
earlier in the day.
“This is a very dark day
for English football,” Adams
said in a statement.
“It is a tragedy for the fans
of Bury, the local community
and everyone connected with
the historic club.”

OFFICIALS from Paris St-
Germain and Barcelona
met in Paris on Tuesday
to discuss a possible
deal for Neymar to return
to the La Liga champions.
Both clubs said the talks
were “positive” but there is

who correctly guessed the correct
total of 72.
Nearest the Pin at Hole No
5 with their second shot was
Stella Fox with 1.71 meters
and at Hole 16, nearest the
hole was Roger Brown.
In the main event, the results
were as follows:

Second place The team of
Paul Sankey, Danny Herron,

with 82 Points.

George and John win the
two person texas scramble
THE Formula 1 season restarts
at one of its most
iconic circuits this Sunday,
with the Belgian GP the
first of nine races that will
determine the outcome of
2019’s world title battles.
The race weekend at Spa-
Francorchamps kicks off the
run-in to the end of the season,
with nine races in 14
weeks in the build-up to the
season finale in Abu Dhabi on
December 1st.
The sport broke for summer
after the Hungarian GP at the
start of the month on a high
after a series of thrilling, unpredictable
races which saw
Red Bull and Mercedes win
from Malaysia.
In the team which finished
3rd, in the case of Ray Bates,
this was only the second time
he has been on a Golf Course
in his life, and he played very
well indeed, considering he
is retired from work. Well
played Ray.

so we have a fun game

will go off the Blue Tees. The
