The brand new tomato, Double Truss
Cherry, delivers a bountiful harvest of up to
3-4 kg of fruit for you to enjoy. Just follow
these simple steps below.
What you will need
•1 x Tomato Double Truss Cherry seedling,
available in the Floriana Fresh Start range
•Spade or trowel
•Good quality liquid fertiliser
•1 x 2 metre tomato stake
•Soft plant ties

What to do
•Choose a spot in your veggie patch
with nutrient rich soil, and that receives
six hours of full sun per day.
•Insert the stake securely into the soil.
•Dig in the soil to a depth of 15cm.
Carefully remove the seedling from
the punnet and plant into the prepared
hole, covering roots.
•Use the soft plant ties to loosely tie
the new seedling to the stake – you will
need to keep doing this as your little
seedling grows.
•Water immediately with liquid fertiliser
at the recommended ratio.
•In eight to eleven weeks you will start
to harvest and enjoy your Double
Truss tomatoes!
Tomato growing tips
•Harvest ripe tomatoes to promote
better growth and further ripening
down the truss.
•Water your tomatoes regularly and
deeply at the base of the plant, and in
the morning rather than the evening.
