It’s Plastic Free July: a perfect time to change one thing and stop buying
bottled water. The Refill Uckfield scheme launched in June, and there are
Refill Stations across the town and beyond, all proudly displaying the Refill
sticker. So, don’t leave home without your bottle.

momentum, and one of its first successes
has been the launch of Refill Uckfield. The
scheme launched on National Refill Day,
19th June, and encourages residents to fill
bottles from businesses who have signed
up, rather than buying single-use plastic
bottles of water.
