LADE ON SATURDAY 10TH AUGUST<br />
AT WEST PARK<br />
Are you read for a fantstic Activity<br />
Day? Join Active <strong>Uckfield</strong> and a host of<br />
people, sharing their passion for their<br />
activity with you.<br />
Entertainment will include dancing<br />
on table tennis tables (don’t try this<br />
at home!), and - in a real coup for a<br />
small town like <strong>Uckfield</strong> - we have top<br />
Streetfootballer - or football freestyler -<br />
Charlotte Lade joining us for the day.<br />
Growing up in Norway, Charlotte<br />
played football until she was 18 then<br />
switched focus to freestyling. In 2006<br />
Charlotte landed a place in the finals<br />
of the Streetfootball World Cup in<br />
Germany and has since featured in<br />
TV commercials. She is known for<br />
appearing on Wayne Rooney’s 'Street<br />
Striker' teaching the England forward<br />
some of her tricks and presents her own<br />
TV show on Disney XD in Scandinavia<br />
as well as presenting and freestyling on<br />
Disney UK’s 'Goalmouth' show.<br />
In 2013 Charlotte performed at the<br />
Champion’s League Final at Wembley<br />
and is the regular choice of freestyler<br />
for the Women’s FA Cup games.<br />
ANNUAL STOOLBALL EVENING<br />
SATURDAY 5TH AUGUST, VICTORIA<br />
PLEASURE GROUND<br />
Active <strong>Uckfield</strong> are pleased to be holding<br />
our annual Stoolball evening so come<br />
along to Victoria with a picnic and if we<br />
have spaces still to join in our fun then<br />
please join a team. 6 for a 6.30pm start.<br />
Any ability welcome although for safety<br />
it’s over 14 year olds. £2 each or £10 for a<br />
team of 6 to cover equipment, referees,<br />
prizes and profits to the Alzheimer’s<br />
Society. Great fun, important cause and<br />
low cost - what more could you want<br />
from an evening out?<br />
