I HEREBY CERTIFY that on the 7th day of November , 1967, before me, the subscriber,<br />
a Notary Public of the State of <strong>Maryland</strong>, in and for the City of Baltimore aforesaid, personally<br />
appeared Geneviene M. Jordan President of <strong>Maryland</strong> <strong>Nurses</strong> <strong>Association</strong>, Incorporated, and on<br />
behalf of said Corporation, acknowledged the foregoing Articles of Amendment and Restatement to<br />
be the corporate act of said Corporation; and at the same time, personally appeared Irene Riley<br />
and made oath in due form of law that she was Secretary of the meeting of the members of<br />
said Corporation at which the Articles of Amendment and Restatement of the Charter of the<br />
Corporation therein set forth was approved and that the matters and facts set forth in said Articles<br />
of Amendment and Restatement are true, to the best of her knowledge, information and behalf.<br />
