Who should we turn to when
considering cosmetic medical
treatments?

are medical procedures and
must be delivered by qualified
practitioners in accredited health
facilities. why would you put
yourself at risk by entering into
any other scenario? Do your
homework, as there are many
newcomers that have been
popping up in salons, malls, and
beauty clinics. Look to someone
with a membership to the New
Zealand Society of Cosmetic
medicine first and foremost.
It sounds scary, is it still safe?
Safety is paramount to the
Face Value team. For us, the
importance of having a medical
doctor on site is a non-negotiable
– but again, it’s not a given in the
industry. ahead of any medical
procedure, it is unwise to enter
into it uninformed. however,
you are in good hands when
you know they are those of an
accredited professional.
You have recently moved
premises – what were you
looking for at the new location?
we wanted our clients to feel
relaxed in an environment that is
clearly a medical facility, yet not
without its own charm. Our new
premise was once a family home,
which gives it warmth at its heart,
and today has undergone its
own transformation to ensure it
ticks all the boxes for a pristine,
professional clinic.
