office can be very<br />

freeing, reducing<br />

your stress during<br />

non-working hours.<br />

However, if taking<br />

work home is necessary,<br />

be diligent<br />

about when you<br />

work. Make the<br />

effort to actually<br />

schedule your work<br />

time at home. This<br />

way, you can enjoy<br />

dinner and bedtimestory<br />

hour with your<br />

family, without workrelated<br />
