Set to open early next month, Row House is a concept<br />
formed by a husband-and-wife duo in New York City.<br />
Now part of the dynamic fitness group of California-based<br />
Xponential Fitness, which also includes Club Pilates,<br />
Cyclebar amd YogaSix, Row House will be located in Hilton<br />
Village. The group fitness concept will offer a Soulcyclestyle<br />
indoor rowing workout, and will be Arizona’s first<br />
gym dedicated entirely to indoor rowing.<br />
Classes at Row House will be 45 minutes long and<br />
vary by type, with some formats keeping attendees on<br />
the rower almost the entire time, and others incorporating<br />
more work off the rower, such as toning with dumbbells,<br />
interval training and stretching. Prices will range from $29<br />
for a single class to $179 per month for unlimited visits.<br />
