We did not want to give an explanation, as he would haveinterfered with our investigation.Do you expect any prosecutions?We made 23 recommendations to the government. The House adoptedall the recommendations. The contract between the government andRichmond’s successor, Dowans Holding, has been terminated. If thegovernment is serious about the fight against corruption, then we shouldsee a few prosecutions. If we are discovered to have done injustice toanybody, then I and my colleagues are willing to resign.What precedent has been set?One thing is very clear. The attitude of the government towards theHouse has changed.
